Invoice Consolidation / Processing: Thousands of invoices are submitted to Integration, Inc. (via mail, email, fax, disk, internet, etc.) that need to be processed. The invoices submitted for invoice processing to Integration, Inc. are sent in a number of different formats. There are no limitations to what can be sent. You do not need to change the way you do business! You decide how to get us the data in a format that is easiest for you. We have complete flexibility to process an incoming invoice in any format.

Invoice Submission: The submission of the invoice to our client’s customer can also be submitted in many different formats.

Some of these invoices are processed and transmitted to your customers via EDI. Some are reformatted into a data file that is transmitted. Some are placed into a spreadsheet and emailed. For invoice processing we have complete flexibility and we can customize any requirement to fit your needs.

Invoice Remittance: In many cases, the payment of the invoice remains the same between our client and their customer. When the customer receives the invoice, they remit payment directly to you.

In some cases, when requested or required, payment is submitted to Integration, Inc. In these cases, Integration, Inc. is required to process this payment and remit payment to the correct recipient.
