Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) is the process of contracting internal business processes to a third-party service provider. This provider should be a BPO expert and have proven success streamlining business, while also cutting costs and improving efficiency.

A BPO expert works to streamline your business’ internal non-core business processes to help your business become for productive and successful. Such tasks include any process that a business must complete in order to operate their business on a daily basis but, are not the areas of a business’ core competencies.
